Feeding systems for synthetic fibres

Solutions > Fibre Processing > Feeding systems for synthetic fibres >

CRETES offers turnkey solutions for the feeding, separating, dosing and weighing of synthetic fibres before entering them in a bale press.

The fibres are aspirated (for example after a cutter or blending room) and transported by means of a fan towards a separator. Under the separator the fibre is buffered and released in a controlled manner before entering the filling shaft of the press. The transport air is filtered and followingly re-injected in the production hall.
