Press screw

The screw presses from Cretes have been designed for the automatic filling of different types of material in a standard size container. The screw press is equipped with an input funnel and an integrated screw at the bottom. When a container is presented for filling and it has been detected by the system, the automatic filling starts. By a continuous measuring of the motor current, it is possible to control the filling degree of the container.

The feeding of the material into the container can be done in various ways; for example by means of a screw or belt conveyor. A screw press can also be equipped with a lifting and/or tilting device for bins or small roll containers.
