Turf perforator

The turf perforator is a machine for making drainage perforations in artificial turf rugs.

  • Our turf perforating machine makes small holes in artificial turf rugs, on both latex and PU substrates. The pattern of the holes as well as the diameter can be adjusted.

    A rotating roller equipped with individually heated pins (standard 75W / spindle) runs continuously, allowing very high production speeds. Due to their sophisticated design, the pins have a very long lifetime.

    In the standard range, the power of the pins can be adjusted continuously. In option, the temperature can be set to any desired and fixed value.

    For PU foam carpet backings, we can offer an alternative solution based on mechanically drilled holes.
