Cretes builds complete lines to open large bales of hay (or similar products such as grass, alfalfa, wheat straw, etc.) and dose the opened product into a press to make small compact bags. The Cretes hay processing lines can be equipped with metal detectors, moisture measurement, dust removal, storage belts, etc., according to the wishes and needs of the customer.

Bales of various sizes and shapes can be processed on the Cretes hay processing lines. Thanks to the project-based approach, we can respond very flexibly to the wishes of the customer. The ultimate goal is to efficiently open and dose (and sometimes also mix) the input material and feed it to a bag press.
Extensions or adjustments can also be made to existing installations. Adding an extra opener to increase capacity, expanding the dedusting installation, integrating a metal detector into an existing line, etc. These are just a few examples.
