Production waste treatment systems

Complete installations for evacuating process waste, dedusting a production line and baling various waste fractions. This can be waste from production lines for paper, (flat or corrugated) cardboard, plastic foil, but also pieces of non-woven, edge trims of glass wool or hygienic products such as diapers or incontinence towels.

In most cases, air transport is used to aspirate the waste away from the production line. In some situations however, it is more interesting to work with conveyor belts or screw conveyors. For each project an analysis is made in consultation with the customer. The entire installations are designed, built and installed by Cretes. Energetically efficient solutions with a long lifespan is what we strive for time and time again.

Components often used in this type of projects are our air separators and filters.
The waste that is removed from a production line must then be further processed in one way or another. When the waste cannot be recycled directly after extraction, the most interesting solution is to bale the waste. You can also contact Cretes or our sister company Valvan for this.
